I was struggling with back pains and I couldn't sleep flat on my back with out my chest tightening especially when I eat after 17h00 pm, after 2 sessions and exercises that Monique advised me to do, I can now eat at 20h00 pm and sleep/lay however I choose, my back pains are not 100%yet but they are way better than before and I am not drinking anymore pain pills. I went to MG Physio for neck pain, which kept me out of work because it was so bad. I received cupping therapy alongside physical therapy, and I can tell you, wow, what a huge difference it made! I was worried about the marks post cupping, but I didn't have to stress because there weren't any blue marks, only tiny pink specs. I seriously will recommend Monique to anyone and everyone.

I just had my final session today. After having my daughter in March I had some pelvic floor problems. Almost every time I sneezed or coughed I struggled to hold in my pee, among some other issues. (Embarrassing I know, but I believe too many moms suffer in silence, that is why I am being open about it. Seek help, because it definitely works.) I'm so happy that after a few sessions it was no longer a problem. I felt comfortable and relaxed being helped by Monique. I would recommend her for anyone struggling with the same issue or perhaps there is something else you need help with. Go see this girl SHE IS AMAZING at what she does.
Hi. I would just like to add that I had a wonderful experience with Monique. Ever since the therapy, I could walk on my foot + bend my knee to some degree. She is friendly yet professional. Her place is neat + tidy. I loved working with her. I'll recommend anyone to her.
As a physio myself it's not easy to ask for help because it feels like you should never have let it go so far, but Monique was so lovely and non-judgy about the chronic misuse of my shoulder that I found the session really valuable. I also appreciated that she did not rely only on hands-on techniques, but has given me a lot of exercises to address the underlying weakness.

After some sleepless nights and my busy work schedule I really needed a home visit as I couldn't tolerate the neck pain anymore. Monique had a hands on approach when helping me with my neck. It only took one session to have the relief I needed to sleep again.
