Empowering Wellness, One Step at a Time

About Us:

At Monique Groenewald Physiotherapy, our motto is simple: Move Better, Feel Better, Become Better. Just like the hummingbird symbolizes agility, resilience, and bringing joy in small moments, we believe in the transformative power of movement and its ability to enhance not just physical well-being, but also emotional and mental health.

Our Story:

Long before MG Physio was established in 2021, it was always a dream of mine to start a practice where I could live out my passion for helping others. From helping an elderly lady regain her independence after hip replacement surgery to supporting a new mother navigate her journey with a baby with disabilities, our mission has always been to make a difference in people’s lives.

COVID-19 Response:

In the midst of the pandemic, we’ve been dedicated to providing therapy to COVID-19 patients in every wave. With up to 13 patients daily, we address the mental struggles, physical challenges, and emotional journey of each individual. We celebrate victories and mourn losses, cherishing the intimate connections we form along the way.

Our Goals:

Our commitment is to serve the community and provide the highest quality of care every day. We continuously strive to improve and exceed expectations for you and your family.

Environmental Responsibility:

We are passionate about the environment and operate as a paperless practice. From digital notes and emailed exercises to WhatsApp consultations, we minimize our carbon footprint and utilize reusable materials whenever possible.

Join us in our mission to Move Better, Feel Better, Become Better and make a positive impact on the world, one patient at a time.
