Please respect the physios time. Your appointment is valued but when you cancel or don’t attend another patient loses an appointment spot.
If you are 10 or more minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will automatically be canceled and you’ll be billed R450.
If you do not inform us that you are going to be late (more than 10mins) via our WhatsApp line we charge a R450 cancelation fee.
If you do not cancel your appointment within 3 hours prior to the allocated appointment time via our WhatsApp line we charge a R450 cancelation fee.
